I'm Katie. A licensed massage therapist and certified health coach, with a couple decades now of helping people like you sort through the noise (there's a lot of it) and figure out what actually fits your body and your life. Not someone else's plan. Yours.

I'm thrilled to bring something new to HealThySelf: Yomassage®, a deeply restorative experience that blends therapeutic touch, supported stretching, guided breathwork, and mindfulness in a small group setting. It's a chance to relax deeply, release stress, and feel renewed in body, mind, and spirit. No yoga experience needed.
The fall calendar is available now. Spots are limited, so every person in the room gets focused attention.
