I didn't come to health coaching through a textbook. I came to it through my own reset, a season where I had to relearn how to listen to my body instead of just managing its symptoms. That's the lens I bring to every client: nutrition, sleep, stress, and hormones aren't separate issues to fix one at a time. They're one complete system, and shifting one always moves the others.
Health coaching with me isn't about another protocol. It's about figuring out what your specific body, history, and life actually need, and building something sustainable from there.
We start with a free 15-minute call. Tell me a bit about what you're looking for, and we'll talk through whether coaching is a good fit and what working together might look like. No pressure, no commitment.
Your first session runs 90 to 120 minutes. Before we meet, you'll complete intake forms that give me a detailed picture of where you are. That preparation means we walk in with focus and direction, not a blank slate. We use the time to go deep, review what the forms surfaced, work through your goals, and build a clear picture of next steps.
After the session you'll receive a follow-up email with a summary of what we covered, your next steps whether you're continuing with me or moving forward on your own, and any additional resources, tools, or referrals that are relevant to your situation.
Follow-up appointments are 60 minutes and can be scheduled as needed or as part of a planned ongoing cadence, whatever works best for you.
All coaching is available in person or virtually.
