Information you give me directly. When you fill out a form on this site, join my email list, request a resource, or contact me, I collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name and email address, and sometimes a phone number or a message.

Booking information. Appointments are scheduled through Vagaro, a third party booking platform. When you book, the information you enter goes to Vagaro and is governed by Vagaro's own privacy policy.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This is used to understand how the site is being used.

How I use your information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Send you the resources you have asked for
  • Send emails about services, classes, and offerings, if you have opted in
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Improve the website and understand what visitors find useful

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers I use

This site relies on a small number of third party services that may process your information on my behalf:

  • MailerLite hosts this website and manages my email list

Email

If you join my email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Unsubscribing does not affect appointment related messages such as booking confirmations and reminders.

Health information

Health intake forms, session notes, and any health details you share during a massage or coaching session are kept separately from this website and are treated as confidential.
